Kim Rufus RVN Dip Dog Training/Dip Dog Psych

Kim started out in the Veterinary world some 25 years ago and she has been a fully qualified Veterinary nurse for 20 of these years seeing many changes in practice along the way.

Kim has a keen interest in dog behaviour having completed a Diploma in dog training and dog psychology, she is also a fully trained pet first aid instructor but more recently she has also become interested in canine rehabilitation and complementary therapies starting her own business, Macoby Canine Massage Therapy following intensive training over two years to become a clinical canine massage therapist. Further training in this field means that she can now provide manual lymphatic drainage and facilitated stretching. Kim is also a member of the Canine Massage Guild.

Kim is currently studying for a Certificate in pain management and volunteers her time helping out Canine Arthritis Management (CAM) as one of their Veterinary and Complementary therapy advisors as well as running their competitions.
