Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as magazines.
If you receive your first magazine as part of your subscription and are not fully satisfied please email bark@editiondog.com to discuss your options, such as we can send your subscription copies to someone else if you wish.
