Set Up Your Customer Account

• To access your member benefits, you’ll need to set up your customer account.
• Use the same email address you joined the Club with (or, if you were a legacy subscriber, the email linked to your subscription).
• Visit our website and click the customer icon at the top right of the navigation bar.
• Log in and once you’re signed in, all member areas will automatically unlock.

Visit the Member Hub to find expert insights, wellbeing features, guides, and unique content created just for members.

Insiders Briefing

This will be delivered directly to your email on your account, check your inbox to keep up to date. 

Edition Dog Media

All our unique podcasts and videos are available in the link on the website. We will also let you know on email when new content is available. 

Event Privileges

No action needed. We will send offers directly to your inbox, and if you are a VIP tickets will be automatically given as we near show day.

Manage Your Membership

• You can manage your own membership easily through your payment portal
• You will be asked to set this up upon joining us, this is the same as your customer login.
• It allows you to update your details, review payments and manage your renewal preferences. You’ll receive notifications when payments are due.
• If you’d prefer us to handle any changes for you, just email bark@editiondog.com, we’ll take care of it for you.
